All personalized items and made-to-order products including clothing, tutu dresses, shoes, pacifiers, chandeliers, and select gifts require payment in full upon order and are not eligible for returns. Some items are made to your specifications/sizing, and we can not accept returns or cancellations on these products and all sales will be final. The only time we offer exchanges or refunds on these items is if we made an error in the spelling or design after it was confirmed by you. All other items available for returns will be refunded minus the shipping charge after receiving the item back in it's original unused condition.

The turnaround time mentioned in each product listing still applies when ordering express shipping. Ordering express shipping does not mean you will have the items you ordered within 2 days. It simply means that when it ships it will only take a day or two to get to you.
U.S Domestic Shipping:
The turnaround times are listed in each product listing so you know when you can expect your order before purchasing. Most items have a 2 week turnaround time however there are some items that have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks like the car seat covers and nursery wall letters. Please note: Turnaround does NOT include shipping time. During the busy holiday seasons things can take just a bit longer to complete. Larger orders could also add a couple of days to the turnaround time. Keep in mind that most of our things are handmade to order. Once your order ships you will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number. This number will also be in your account.
Can I choose my own colors/designs TOP
Yes, many of my items started out as a custom order for someone. We love custom orders! Since each item is custom made once you have placed your order you can request your preference of color(s) or if you already have an item you would like embellished or would like a design not shown/offered please let us know!
